In our home, husband is cook and I am baker - he can improvise, start with almost nothing and create something fantastic, which of course he claims that he can never repeat. I am the one with the recipe in hand, precisely measuring, being careful each step of the way, controlling texture and wetness and shape and size. I do cook (I learn from him) but before I make a dish I must check and compare 4 or 5 different recipes, come up with my own version, and write down exactly what I want to do before I start.</description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Excellent.
