Cheese-a-topia, American Cheese Society 2010, Seattle 2010

April 23, 2010 I just learned of the upcoming American Cheese Society annual conference (Aug. 25-28), which will be held in Seattle this year. If you’re a cheese monger/head/enthusiast (who isn’t?!), I think this is something you’d at least like to dream about attending. Registration opens May 21st – so mark your calendars!
