I wasn’t sure myself, so I went to their website. They had a page dedicated to instructions: http://www.wvfco.com/baking_instructions.php

They say repeatedly to cook from a frozen state. There is a phone number and an email at the bottom of their website. You might consider calling or emailing them your question.

Not stupid at all – don’t most frozen pies say to thaw first?

If I accidently defrosted the pie, can I still bake it, if it is not frozen?
I just thought the pie was already baked, and it just needed defrosted….
