Wonderful and informative video. Not only is Steven Schwen innovative, forward-thinking and a true environmentalist, he and his family are the most wonderful people. His love for the earth shows in all the wonderful food he grows…it is truly exquisite. For years we have purchased nearly 100 % of our produce from the Schwen family (May through October) and are thrilled at the possibility of a year round season in frigid Minnesota. We are so lucky to have Steven in our backyard and wish him tons of continued success!
