Shipments Inside the continental United States:
Returns: Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any unopened videos (in their original shrink wrap packaging) for a full refund minus your cost of shipping the items back to us. We will notify you by E-mail when we have received the returned item. We will credit your account on the same credit card used for the initial purchase, usually within 7-10 business days upon the items return. Please provide a delivery confirmation on all returned merchandise to track the items return.
Defective Exchanges: Within 60 days of delivery, if your DVD is defective, upon its return to us (with all the original packaging) we will replace it with a new DVD at no additional charge.
Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada:
Returns: All sales are final.
Defective exchanges: Within 90 days of delivery, if your DVD is defective, we will pay for shipping a new replacement item to you, but can not reimburse your costs to return the item to us, or for any customs charges.
