Shipments Inside the continental United States: DVDs ship from Portland, Oregon.

Returns:

Within 30 days of purchase, you may return any unopened videos (in their original shrink wrap packaging) for a full refund, including the original shipping cost. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the return item. We will notify you by email when we have received the returned item, and will credit your account on the same credit card used for the initial purchase. A refund will usually occur within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the items return. Please provide a delivery confirmation (tracking number) on all returned merchandise to track the items return to the following address:

Defective Exchanges:

Within 60 days of purchase, if your DVD is defective, upon its return to us (with all the original packaging) we will replace it with a new DVD at no additional charge. We will pay for the shipping to replace your DVD, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item.

Orders shipped outside the U.S. and Canada:

Returns: All sales are final.

Defective exchanges:

Within 90 days of purchase, upon the return of the DVD, and all its original packaging, if your DVD is defective, we will pay for shipping a new replacement item to you, but can not reimburse your costs to return the item to us, or for any customs charges that may apply.
