Carlo Petrini

Fiery iconoclast, and founder of Slow Food International, Carlo Petrini, delivers a singular performance along with Corby Kummer, food writer for the Atlantic Magazine. Kummer acts as Petrini’s (not so literal) translator, in almost a Groucho Marx fashion delicately balancing his role as interpreter without himself stealing the show. This talk is loaded with biting commentary and belly aching humor that may just raise the moral conscience for those who are willing to listen.
