Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Blueberry Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of canola oil
  • 2 cups of flour
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Tablespoon of baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups of blueberries, fresh or frozen

Directions:

  1. Beat together eggs, milk, and oil.
    Stir in flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
    Add all the blueberries, and mix together.
  2. Pour into greased muffin pan and bake at 400 degrees F, for 20 minutes.

Yield: Makes 12 muffins
