Shipping Costs per order: Free, US only.
All products ship from Portland, Oregon.
Product Returns:
Within 30 days of your order, unopened DVDs may be returned provided they are in their original shrink-wrap packaging and in otherwise sellable condition.
We will notify you by email when we have received the returned item, and will credit your account on the same credit card used for the initial purchase. A refund will usually occur within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the items return.
We do not pay for the return shipping costs on returned items unless the product is defective.
Defective Exchanges:
Within 30 days of purchase, if your product is defective, upon its return to us, we will ship a replacement. If the product is no longer in stock, we will provide a refund, or offer full credit toward a different purchase.
Store Purchases- Payment Methods and Security
We use industry standard services for secure credit card transactions over the internet. For payment processing services, we offer the choice of using Amazon or PayPal.
We do not store your credit card information, processing is handled directly through PayPal.
