October 1, 2010 They say it takes 16-21 times repeating a task before it becomes a habit. Perhaps the upcoming EcoChallenge will have an impact on those who participate. Those who are participating are asked to cut back “on their electricity, fuel or garbage consumption – for two weeks, between Oct. 1 and Oct. 15”.
